Meet the Queen

 Hi! I'm Brooklynn AKA The Sourdough Queen.

I am married to a super supportive husband and we have one amazing son, who we adopted. We live in AZ and love it here 8 months of the year... 😅

I love meeting new people and learning new skills. I love playing pickleball and traveling when possible.

I am passionate about sourdough because I was gluten free (still am) for 7 years before finding out I could eat sourdough due to the fermentation process and how the starter breaks down the gluten! 👏🏻

I started teaching sourdough classes in person last fall (2023) and plan to start up again this fall ☺️

I love sharing helpful tips, recipes and encouraging everyone, that they can make sourdough in their own homes! 🙌🏻
